8. Follow all hospital rules and safety regulations.
9. Adhere to the visiting hours schedule.
10. Use hospital property and equipment only as intended.
11. Don’t visit unauthorized areas.
12. Promptly pay any treatment dues.
13. Be punctual for doctor/hospital visits.
14. Maintain and produce medical records.
15. Comply with the no-smoking policy on hospital premises.
16. Refrain from giving tips or gratuities to staff.
17. Participate in decisions about your health.
